Business Finance Lease

Finance Lease gives flexibility to how your lease is calculated. Finance lease funding allows you to keep control of costs as you pay lower monthly instalments than other funding options.

It is popular for companies, partnerships or sole traders who wish to retain an interest in the asset.
It’s VAT efficient because you can spread the cost of the VAT across the agreement.
Pay lower monthly instalments due to a final balloon payment at the end.
At the end of the agreement you pay the balloon and dispose of it to a 3rd party on our behalf retaining 95% of the sale price as a refund of rentals.
NB: Finance Lease does not come with the option of including maintenance, breakdown, road tax or fast fit items.

Hire Purchase (HP)

Hire Purchase is well known as a way of buying a vehicle under a payment plan. This finance option is particularly popular as you have the added benefit of owning the vehicle at the end of the contract.

Flexible deposits. Either pay the VAT as your deposit or additional amounts which will reduce your monthly payment.
We calculate a repayment plan based on the full cost of the vehicle plus interest.
Enables you to purchase a vehicle with spread and manageable payments.
At the end of the contract, the vehicle is yours.
NB: Finance Lease does not come with the option of including maintenance, breakdown, road tax or fast fit items.

Contract Hire (CH)

Contract Hire allows you an alternative method of funding for your budget, balance sheet treatment of the asset, inclusion of optional maintenance packages and VAT reclaim.

You will have a set monthly budget on contracts from 2-5 years with the option of a low initial capital outlay.
There is end of contract flexibility if you needed to extend the contract.
An optional fixed monthly payment can be included at the start of your agreement that covers maintenance, regular servicing and even tyres.
The vehicle sits off balance sheet so doesn’t negatively impact on your businesses Profit and Loss.
50% of the VAT is reclaimable if the vehicle has some personal use, 100% is reclaimable if the vehicle has solely Business use.
100% of the VAT on servicing and maintenance can be reclaimed.
