MS-RT Lifestyle Voucher Promotion Terms and Conditions
The Promoter is Drivespeed Leasing Limited (Company no 10757480) and whose registered address is at Arabesque House, Unit 5, First Floor, Monks Cross Drive, Monks Cross, York, YO32 9GZ.
Every natural person with a permanent residence in the United Kingdom, who is older than 18 at the time of participation, may participate in the promotion. Drivespeed Leasing is entitled to ask for proof.
Employees of Drivespeed Leasing, of businesses associated with Drivespeed Leasing, and all persons who are involved directly or indirectly with the promotion, its organisation, or the benefit, or the direct or indirect provider of the benefit and their respective employees, are excluded from participation.
Entrants will only qualify for this promotion if they have ordered an MS-RT vehicle from the available stock, while stocks last. Drivespeed Leasing must finance it.
This promotion will run from 00:00 hours on May 15, 2025, until 17:30 hours on May 31, 2025.
This promotion is redeemable from the date of vehicle delivery and remains valid for 6 months from this date. After those 6 months, the promotion will be non-redeemable.
The reward is as follows:
A £1000 lifestyle voucher of a customer’s choice.
The offer covers a voucher of the customer’s choice from any mainstream retail provider, which enables the customer to redeem £ 1,000 in the form of a voucher. This can be from retailers like Amazon, Supermarkets, or a group voucher provider like One4All, as well as lifestyle providers.
Drivespeed Leasing Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or an actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Drivespeed Leasing’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to customers as soon as possible by Drivespeed Leasing.
In the event of misuse, fraud, manipulation, circumvention or a breach of the terms and Conditions of Promotions, Drivespeed Leasing is entitled to exclude participants or groups of participants. Drivespeed Leasing is entitled to take this action based on suspicion and is not required to inform the participant or provide proof.
The customer agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry, should Drivespeed Leasing wish to use their purchase to promote the offer. Any personal data relating to the customer will be used solely in accordance with the current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The benefit is strictly personal, non-exchangeable for goods and/or services, and non-transferable.
Drivespeed Leasing’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Drivespeed Leasing have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions.
Drivespeed Leasing is not in any way liable for costs and additional expenses a Participant would have to incur in connection with the payment or use of the benefit.
